Frasers Property, listed on the Singapore Exchange, has grown since its establishment in 1980 as a shopping centre property company into a multinational group with businesses spanning five asset classes and a hospitality footprint across more than 80 cities globally. Its notable Singapore retail assets include Northpoint City, Causeway Point and Waterway Point, while its recent residential portfolio includes The Robertson Opus, The Orie and Sky Eden at Bedok.

Sunway MCL is the Singapore property arm of Malaysia listed Sunway Berhad, formed after Sunway Group’s acquisition of MCL Land in 2025. Backed by more than 50 years of experience as Malaysia’s leading master community developer, Sunway MCL has quickly built a strong Singapore track record through projects including Pinery Residences, ELTA, Terra Hill, The Continuum, and Executive Condominium developments such as Novo Place, Otto Place and Nava Grove.

Sekisui House, one of Japan’s largest and most established homebuilders, contributes deep international residential design and construction expertise, having previously partnered with Frasers Centrepoint Trust on Waterway Point.

Lum Chang Building Contractors, an 80 year old Singapore construction firm, rounds out the consortium with proven local execution capability, ensuring the development is built to the standard the site’s record breaking land price demands.
